I am Jennifer Sadecki Parison, an attorney dedicated to helping families. I have assisted hundreds of clients through life-changing events such as the death of a loved one, marriage, divorce, the birth of a new child, or the responsibility of caring for an aging parent.
I am very passionate about my work. I take pride in my dedication to my clients, whether advocating for seniors who are being exploited, helping clients create an estate plan for their blended family, or providing compassion and guidance in the probate court process to someone who has just lost a loved one.
After graduating with Honors from Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, I attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School on a scholastic scholarship and received my Juris Doctor in 2001.
I started my career working for a small general practice firm in Macomb County. Shortly after, I discovered that I truly enjoyed working in the areas of estate planning and probate, which led me to join a firm where I could specialize in these areas. In 2004, I established Jennifer Sadecki, PLLC and opened my first office in Lansing, Michigan. Having been born and raised on the east side of the state, I decided to relocate my office to Macomb County in 2006. My practice continues to focus on wills, trusts, probate administration, trust administration, guardianships and conservatorships for minors and incapacitated individuals, elder law, and small business planning.
For several years I served as a Guardian Ad Litem on cases for the Macomb County Probate Court. I am a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and the Elder Law Advocacy Sections of the State Bar of Michigan, and the Macomb County Probate Bar Association.
I look forward to meeting you and providing the same personal service that I’ve given to families in Macomb County and across Michigan.
